Check out my profile pic. This is not the best shot, but when they had a really great one, I laughed, so they couldn't take a pic I guess. ~L~ So, I had a really clear one, where you could see one foot and one hand (I think my baby is right handed) and it was sucking it's thumb! I started laughing and crying at the same time and the sonographer snapped "Don't laugh!" and I tried my best to keep totally still and not speak, but man was it hard. I mean, this is a big deal! It wasn't moving much, and refused to move around so she could measure it's neck, but seemed content to rest on it's back with it's adorable thumb in it's mouth! I saw the mouth move a few times, and even saw the heart beating! It was the most amazing experience! My hubby had his hand on my leg and didn't take his eyes off the screen the whole time, but sadly, no tears. :) I keep hoping he will get them when the baby is born (we aren't finding out the gender until it's born). I am so excited and hyper! Sore too, cuz the sonographer really pressed her wand into my abdomen, but also thrilled! Baby seems healthy and content to just rest and suck it's thumb! Okay, off to write my journal entry. :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
