I am currently 17 weeks along and well into my second trimestre and I feel so tired. I have been going to bed early every night and trying to get atleast 9 hours of sleep. One problem is I wake up and toss and turn or get up to pee, my sleep isn't sound like it used to be. I make sure to eat healthy and get plenty of exercise. Every afternoon when I'm at work I feel like I'm going to fall asleep at my desk. I don't know what to do! I was really hoping to have more energy in my second trimestre. Any advice or suggestions?
