It's probably similar to sciatic pain.. but I'm not going to diagnose myself. I'm 28 weeks and my right lower back, bum, hip, and leg have been incredibly sore the past two days. It could be due to the fact that I work in daycare and have been running around with toddlers for the past week, bending and sitting low and getting up quickly.. all the fun things that come with toddlers. By the end of today, I could barely walk and my leg kept giving out on me. I do have a doctor's appointment next week but just wondering if there's anything I can do to relieve the pain a bit. I am against taking tylenol while pregnant (but might consider if the pain is really bad), and I tried heat on it for a few hours but only helped a little bit. I gaurantee it's going to be hard sleeping tonight!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
