My daughter-in-law is 34 weeks preg with 2nd child. She has been having heart problems and just saw a specialist today who told her the baby is fine and she is fine while she is pregnant. She has some problem where her valve pumps the blood to her heart but then it can't pump the blood out, it only pumps 25% OUT. Apparently while preg her body is compensating but for up to 6 weeks after delivery ther is a very good chance of the blood emptying out into her lungs, this is called Conjestive Heart Failure and she could very well die. She is only 23 years old. Does anyone here have any experience or knowledge about this that you could share? We are all very, very scared.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
