I want to pack some snacks to bring with me to the hospital for during/after labor. In my birth class they recommended things like crackers and juice. I have gestational diabetes and I can't drink juice, but can I have juice during labor or immediately after delievery? They talked about the importance of keeping blood glucose up during labor(at least the early stages) so that you have the energy to get through it. I was just wondering if anyone has any info. Thanks!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
