Hi all. I am trying different things for getting my Omega-3 since I am currently adverse to fish. My hubby found out from my midwife that I can take Flax Seed Oil in caplet form. So, he looked everywhere, finally found a natural one, and I took one this morning. Problem is, I then read the contra indications and it said "Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding." And yet some of the bottles with the exact same stuff say safe for pregnancy. Anybody have any ideas on this? I can't take the fish ones because when I burp (which happens a lot lately) I can taste them and it makes me nauseous.
