I had an 8 week U/S yesterday and the baby's heart rate was 188, up from 139 last week. Does that seem kind of high to anyone? My RE said it was a nice strong heartbeat. I researched on-line and found quite a few different "normal ranges". However none of them went as high as 188. I am a little concerned (or some may say paranoid) b/c I have a distrust for Dr's in general. Although my RE has always been thorogh. Looking for heart rates that were as high as 188 at 8 weeks. Just need some reassurance.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
