I'm about 32 weeks along now, and for the past week or week and a half, I've had extreme problems with being able to have a bowel movement. I'm going to ask my doctor about it when I see him next week, but in the meantime, I wanted to get some input because I think the pregnancy is to blame. Maybe the baby is sitting on my bowels or something? I've been able to "go" a little bit every day, but in the past week (maybe a little longer) it's all added up to the mass of about one good bowel movement. And despite the stool softeners, lubricant laxatives, prune juice, extra fiber (I eat a TON of fiber, I'm a vegetarian---grains and beans are my main food groups), gallon of water I drink a day, AND walking 2 miles a day...the little bit that I HAVE been able to go has been rock-hard. I don't want to gross anyone out, lol, but has this happened to any of you? I feel like I'm doing everything possible to have a bowel movement. Between the laxatives, fiber, water, and walking---I don't know what else I could do. Or what could be the problem. Usually prune juice alone will take care of constipation for me within hours. Any input would be appreciated, thanks. :)

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
