SO this is my first pregnancy, and I am in Germany. The doctors here give earlier Ultrasounds with the wand, and I wonder if anyone else did this as well? I asked some friends in the states, and they said they didn't. I know things are ran a little differently here. For example, the birthing options are way more open here, and they absolutely prefer for the mother not to use an epidural. I just found out they have a huge bath where I can do an underwater birth and the midwives do pretty much everything(I have always been interested in that idea). Anyway, I just thought a little compare/contrast would be interesting, because I have nothing else to base this experience off of.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
