Hey I was wondering if anyone thinks I should get checked out... I've had slight cramping yesterday for a few hours, and then again today for a few hours. It was very mild, and there's not been any blood. I'm 12 weeks, which is like the point where a lot of women mis-carry which concerned me, any advice?

Is the cramping constant or does it come and go? I had cramps that came and went. Sometimes they would last a little while. Whether it was because I was hungry or had to go to the bathroom or just something going on preparing for the baby. There are so many changes your body is going through. It doesn't hurt to at least make a phone call to your dr. if it will make you feel better. Take care, Tonia

I had cramping like I was on my period untill I was about 16 weeks along. Cramping is not abnormal

It comes and goes, I've not had it since midday today, still no blood, it's just so scary when it happens!

Your uterus needs to stretch and grow to hold the baby. That'll cause some cramping. No worries.

I had some cramping around 9 weeks and I asked my mother about them, I was scared since I had a miscarriage before. She told me as long as there isn't any spotting it should be okay, but to take it easy. If you need your doctor to ease your mind ask them.

Since there has not been any blood I would not really worry. Slight cramping early in pregnancy is normal as long as it is not excruciatingly painful. It is just your ligaments and uterus and abdomenal muscles growing and stretching for your growing little one. But, to be on the safe side I would at least call your doc just to make sure. Good luck.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
