Ugg i am almost 36 weeks. I've been waddling around for quite some time now.. i have been working on the baby's room and getting my house cleaned before my little man comes but omg i am having such a hard time moving. My right hip/back hurts so bad and i feel like if i sit too long or just sit and then try to stand i can't.. i get locked into this position. It hurts. It even hurts when i walk ..i really have to take it slow because it sometimes gives out. Is this from my joints loosening or what? Anyone else have this issue?

I had that issue and found relief by going to the Chiropractor. My DD would sit on my sciatic nerve and I would be in such pain. Also moist heat would help too.

Your body is producing more and more 'relaxin' as you near labor. It makes things feel weird now but it's what will allow you to have a vaginal birth. Your joints have to loosen so that the baby can pass through.

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
