I know don't if it was labor exactly. Ok, last night I was sitting on the couch watching tv and I started to these pains like I would get when coming on my period. I figured they were braxton hicks, and dranked a glass of water and laid down on my side. Usually that would stop them. I get them quite often. It stopped, then 10 minutes later another one came. I changed my position in the middle of one, but it didn't stop it. After that one I just went and laid down in my bed. Every ten minutes they were coming just like that. I couldn't get them to stop for nothing. Then I went back and laid down on the couch and maybe 2 more came 10 minutes apart. Then after that it just stopped. No more cramps or anything. So, do you think that I was having real contractions or just Braxton Hicks contractions?

i would say braxton, but just mention it at your next appointment or have a nip to your GP/midwife/consultant and just mention what you felt.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
