I read that 300mg of caffeine is okay. Considering there is only 40mg in a can of coke I wasn't worried about drinking too much. Then tonight I started reading more about it and some things I read said any amount of caffeine wasn't good for the baby. I'm worried now b.c. I've been drinking about 3cokes a day and I cut out coffee. Before I got pregnant I was a major caffeine drinker, but now I'm wondering if I should just totally give it up?
