I have been using them my whole pregnancy, you are supposed to take them with your regular prenatals because the pills are dhea and ara it does not have all the other vitamins tha reg. pre-natals do. I was just wondering if anyone else uses these, and what your thoughts are on them. I was just comparing labels with some prenatals that I found through melaluca and they seem to be even better the sales person said that they have added dhea and ara as well as omega-3 she tried to tell me that her daughter took these with her third pregnancy and had a kid with a full head of hair(she said all her other kids were bald)I think she was lying a bit but who knows?

I have actually taken the Melaleuca prenatals, and I think they are good, but the omega-3 thing is a separate pill not part of the vitamin. You also have to take 3 vitamins a day to get a full dose (you can spread them out throughout the day, but it didn't work for me because I was so sick and could hardly gag down one vitamin). I never took the omega-3's from them, but it is NOT in the regular vitamin, and I'm not sure about the dhea.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
