I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Why are you worried that you won't be able to conceive? If there isn't any medical reason, then you shouldn't worry about it. The timing of having children is different for everyone and depends on so many things. And it all depends on the kind of priority you put on stuff.
For instance, I wanted to make sure I had done something for myself first... so I would have fewer regrets staying home and raising my kids. So it was important to me to have a career and build it. I also wanted to do some traveling, see the world before my kids. I wanted to make sure I was married to the right man because he'll be their father forever. And I wanted to make sure we were financially able to provide for them. So in my case, I waited. Probably longer than I would have liked (finding the right guy and getting him to the altar was the hold out for me).
