Hey girlss,, just want some advice... So as far as I know I am about 7 weeks along.. This is my first. I took a pregnancy test about 3 weeks ago which came out positive immediatly it was a digital, still havent had my monthly friend so obviously i am pregnant.. went to the clinic got my prenatal vitamins and have my first ob appointment the 18th of this month... I am not having any morning sickness and I feel great.. no headaches no food cravings nothing.. the only proof i have is the positive test and the absense of my period.. i am constantly wondering if im actually pregnant and i find it nerve wrecking right now.. if anyone got any encouraging words or have had this same experience please let me know!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

On the positive happy baby side, when I finally was pregnant (a year after the false positive), I didn't have any symptoms at all. I got tired during week 10, but that was it. I still feel great (at week 23).
