I just found out yesterday that I am 4 weeks pregnant. I have no idea what to do...where do I go from here?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

I did a pregnancy test and it was negative 2 weeks later it was positive so don't take any medication which could harm the baby.
GOOD LUCK
-see a doctor to make sure you are pregnant and how far along you are
-quit smoking and drinking (if you find this difficult, look for support groups in your community)
-find out if the medications you are taking are ok (ask the doctor)
-relax and breathe and stay as calm as you can because pregnancy is a natural thing for your body to go through and you will be ok
-read books, find good discussion boards online, talk to women around you
-don't stress about all the little things
-vigorous exercise is not necessarily bad, especially if you are an active person (check with your doctor - I ran 3 miles a day in my first trimester and felt great, but that was because I had been running prior to pregnancy and didn't over-exert myself)
-share your thoughts with others (lots of women have been through this and understand what you're going through)
Take care!
