Hi Ladies: So I went for my bloodwork today for my 1st trimester screenings. Although I've been down this road before, it does not get easier. When they hand you that pamphlet laying out what will be tested and what the syndromes are it scares the shit out of me. In the past week, I've heard news of an ex coworker of mine finding out she is having a baby with DS and although I know my risk is low (having JUST turned 35 and having healthy pregnancy before), I can't help but freak a bit. Last summer I suffered a molar pregnancy and went through HELL just to finally get pregnant again. I cannot imagine what I would do if something were to happen.Just wondering how everyone else is doing and holding up!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
