It is awesome to see how much you support her but she is going to need more then just you if you can't be there for her 24/7.
Maybe you could talk to a doctor about it and se what he has to say??
Whatever she does eat in the day will go straight to the baby so at least you know if she only eats once a day and keeps it down it is going straight to the baby.
Please do all you can to save her and the baby even if it means doing things that will upset her at the time she will be grateful once she holds her beautiful baby in her arms!
