Im overdue and it so frustrating!! i just want to see my baby and ive been counting down to my due date and now its come and gone. It really sucks! I know everyone is just saying whats on their minds but its really annoying when people see or talk to me and say oh you still havent had him. It just reminds me :( I walk everyday and my boyfriend and i have tried having sex but nothing is happening... my doctor is on holidays so i had to see a random midwife and she just said i have to be patient and wait for my doctor to get back next week. Has anyone else been in my situation? Was there anyhting you did that got things moving along?? Help!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. there are lots of things you can do to help start labour but not sure if they work, having sex, stimulating your nipples (it aparently relises a hormone that can kick start labour), one of the best thing i have herd is slowly walking up and down the stairs or walking along thr road with one foot walking on the kirb... the movements you make can help your baby move down more 'engaging itself', and lastly eating pinapple or a curry, lol.
good luck and dont forget to get plenty of sleep while you can still sleep all the way through the night lol HOPE YOUR DELIVERY GOES WELL!!! and you'lle be holding your little one in your arms in no time :) xx
