I was wondering if coffee is really as bad to drink while pregnant as people say. I am pretty much a coffee addict and i'm 17 and 14 weeks pregnant. I stopped drinking coffee when i found out i was pregnant at 6 weeks and haven't drank any since until yesterday and today. It was really hard for me to not drink coffee. I use to drink about 3 or 4 cups a day. I've been ok with it until yesterday when i was dragging majorly. I was SOOOO tired yesterday that i gave in and bought me a Frappachino when i got to work, at walmart, and i felt so much better. Then today was even worse, i don't sleep good at night and i'm just always tired. I ended up drinking 2 medium iced coffees from McDonalds but spaced out by about 4 or 5 hours. I'm just worried it'll have a bad effect on the baby. Is it really bad to drink coffee while pregnant?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
