This is my first day home from the hospital and thank god I am home! I never realized how much I would miss my bed. It all started Sunday. He just wasn't moving as much as he usually does. He is very active and I know his patterns. Even though the doctors would say, don't count kicks until 28 weeks, I knew that something was wrong with Maddie at only 22 weeks. So, I tired lying on my left side, eating, drinking. And still nothing. I only had one kick very early in the morning and he was quiet the rest of the day. I started to panic. I listened to his HB, which was still good. But the lack of movement was worrying me. I didn't want this to be my "warning sign". So I decided that night I was just going to go and make sure. We got there and as soon as I layed down the little booger started to kick. Of course! But they gave me an ultrasound just to reassure me. He was squirming around in there and looking good. Then they decided to check my BP. I explained to them about my high bp with this pregnancy. So they waited until I calmed down for a bit and then they tried. Well, it was through the roof and stayed that way the whole time in triage. So I was started on an IV and told I was going to be staying there. They were even threatening to deliver me if my BP stayed up as high as it was. So now I'm freaking out. It was just a mess. It turned into a circus. They ended up giving me BP meds and my BP went down, but way down. So then it was an issue because my BP was all over the place now and they needed to get it stable. Finally after almost 2 days, it has been stable. The good news is that they decided not to put me on meds because my BP has stablized. So I am just on bedrest as before. And they want me to monitor my BP twice a day at home. If it does go back up, they might put me back in the hospital. So we really want to avoid that. It has been a very stressful week. But thank god, were all okay. It was a little hard being back in the delivery room and worrying that they might deliver him so early. He would have been so small. But Maddie was watching over us. Now I just have to stay pregnant for 14 more weeks. I can do this!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
