I am going to start on a new type of birth control. http://www.yaz-us.com/front
It says it is suppose to help with iron deficient anemia which is something I suffer from. I am hoping that this shift will go off smoothly and give me some balance in my life. Physically anyway. I am nervous that my crazy body is going to go into "freak out" mode. I have to give it a shot though because something needs to change. My doctor could hear my frustration over the phone and I apologized about it. She understands how frustrating it is. When she told me they really don't know all that much about PMS I felt like I wanted to cry. My husband saw it in my face when I put the phone down. I felt defeated. Only for a moment though. I will keep on trudging through till I understand all that I can.
Happy Monday all. Hope everyone has a great day.
