Thought I would give some ideas on what can help us woman that are suffering from PMS & PMDD symptoms; watch your caffine and sugar intake esp a week before your period. You've heard it before, but if your eating alot of junk food, it will come back and haunt you. Supplemts are very affective for pms relief. A good Multi Vitamin, B Complex and B6-50mg, Calcium 1200mg, E, Ester C or Vitamin C 1000mg or more, Magnesium, Zinc, and what seems to really help woman alot is omega3's from Evening Primrose, Flax oil and Fish oil. You will not see instant relief over night but is affective over time. I found this info on a woman's health website they called it a syrum for pms. Also if your estrogen dominant you could exp alot more pms symptoms, watch your estrogen intake from foods and your BC's. If you have anymore suggestions for pms relief, please add your info.
