Hi all,
I thought i would join this community because i am in search of some help/advice! I am 21yrs old, and in the past 18mos i have only had my period 4 times. The last time was 4months ago.
I have talked/raised concern to my GP over this time about it, but he seems to think there is nothing wrong, and said that as i was never regular that i should not be concerned!
I used to have my period every 6wks or so, i know that there is ''irregular'' but surely 4 times in 18+mos is more than that. A few months i finally got him to take bloods to get them checked out (this was the first time in my life by the way). Everything came back normal, except my thyroid which showed as abnormal, but he said that it was borderline so still believed nothing was wrong.
Its so frustrating because its like he doesnt want to listen. I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this? Or has any advice. I cannot see a gyno because i need to be reffered through my GP and he believes nothing is wrong so he will not do it. Oh, and im not pregnant either in case you were wondering! hehe.
Sorry for the loooong post, and for babling, any help you can give me, i would really appreciate.
Thank you! :) xoxo

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
