Wow, I expected more members for this subject,LOL I find this rules my life two weeks out of 4 a month! PMS hitsme about 10 days before my period starts, typical aches and pains all over, bloating, grouchy and a general feeling of the flu just before it begins. I pretty much rules me. What do you gals do for it? I take viamin E to help with some breast pain and just started evening prim rose oil, none of it really helps though, lol but I hope it will each month! At 35 I wonder when menopause will start? My Mother is 55 and just now starting it, UGH! LOL Nice to meet you all!
