I could really lose it when i am like this, but I find the best thing to do is get out of everyones way because if they piss me off I explode.
My OH tries to be sweet to me when I am like this, but he has found it easier to stay out of my way for a couple of days of the month.
My hair TOTALLY did not want to cooperate and I would usually jsut put it in a ponytail, but yesterday I wanted to just throw that 30 dollar hair drier. Instead, I pick-up the brush, used it and then threw it. HARD. Damn it did not break but my goodness, what's the use of those emotions?
Is part of it that I just did not have the mirroring of emotions, when I was young? So that I find these strong emotions abnormal? Is there someone here who had some good mirroring for negative ro so called 'bad' emotions?
