Hi, I suffer from severe anxiety and OCD during my bouts with PMDD. I have tried lexapro, prozac, and birth control pills. Nothing is helping it is only getting worse. Now my doctors are mentioning possibly using Lupron to try to decrease my PMDD and Anxiety. Does anyone have any information for me about this? Have you heard of it? Have you tried it?...Thank you for your thoughts.

There are a lot of lawsuits concerning Lupron and side effects. It is typically used to treat endometriosis. PMDD is really complicated so maybe it is a good solution for you but definitely do your research. Good luck finding a solution. I'm sorry the antidepressants haven't worked for you. Do you see a psychiatrist or is this all going through your medical doc?

I am currently under the care of a family physician, a gynocologist, an endocryologist, and a phychiatrist. Soon I will be meeting with a therapist for work on my OCD and Anxiety. I am using my insurance and resources to the fullest. I refuse to let this ruin my life. I keep a daily journal and calendar and constantly challange my doctors to pay attention and keep working for my cause. I feel I owe it to myself and my family to fight this thing. Thank you for your reply.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
