I ended up falling asleep after I wrote my previous journal entry and I didn't get to go blading as early as I wanted to. I woke up and made some rice with butter and romano cheese. It was good! I then asked my grandma if I could go blading. She said as long as I was home before dark. I asked her if I could come home at the latest at 8 pm. I bladed down some streets I haven't bladed down before. I fell once in the beginning. It didn't hurt me all that badly. I got up, thanked God, shook it off, and continued on my way. I was getting tired. I thought about turning around and going back home. God suddenlly spoke to me. He told me to finish the task I set out for myself I was so tired! I just wanted to go back! So once more, I looked back and suddenly the wind picked up going in the direction of the park. I bladed on. I got really close to the park then I fell. I fell really hard. I fell so hard on my right hip that I started crying! Then I started praying. I thanked God for giving me the strength to go on this far. Then I thanked Him for my health. I got up and once again, I was about to turn back. The wind picked up again and God told me once more, finish the task you set out for yourself! I bladed on. I got to the park and I bladed all around the park. I passed a few people walking their dogs, some kids riding their bikes, and a few others just walking the path. I found a bench and I sat down. I always carry my backpack with me now. It has my bible, a water bottle (ALWAYS A NECESSITY NOW!), my cd's, my cd player, my wallet, cough drops (that I now just eat like candy... Yummy Luden's Throat Drops!), pencils and erasers, and of course my poetry notebook. I took out my cd player and plugged it into my ears. I listened to WOW 2007. I also took out my poetry notebook. I am working on a poem called As I Walk... No I am not posting what I have so far. You will just have to wait and see it. It's long and God hasn't told me that it's finished yet. Anyway, I looked at the time and decided I'd better head back. I kept my head phones in my ears and bladed toward home. It was getting a little dark, but I was alright because I was walking (or blading rather) in faith. I stopped at the gas station and bought 2 water bottles. I drank one whole bottle from the timeI got to a bench where a woman was sitting waiting for the bus. I sat down all out of breath. Then I happened to glance at the clock on the bank building. It said it was 12:00. I asked the woman sitting next to me, "Excuse me. Do you happen to know what time it is?" She told me it was about 7:40. Then I made a comment about the clock on the front of the bank being wrong. I then said how beautiful a night it was. I said "Well, I'm going to head home now." the woman then said, "You be careful." I said "I will" Then I said "God bless you." The woman got this beaming smile on her face and said "Thank you and you too!" Then I bladed the rest of the way home and here I am now typing this. Be blessed in everything you do and everything you say!
