Today I take mom to get her first eye done. She's having cataracts removed and an astimatism repair done today. We're doing the left eye first because she is TOTALLY blind in that eye because of the cataracts. We're getting a room and staying the night because she has to go back in the morning for a check up... Then two weeks we'll do the second eye.. Her eyesight will be better then mine when it's all said and done. Please pray that things go smoothly and there are no problems or infections. She is a nurse in a nursing home cares for our older population and could not do her job much longer like this without surgery, and can't do it if she has too many complications. Thanks

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
