I have Fallon health insurance and they have like no where you can go to get therapy. The only choice I have is a drop in center. I can not tell all these things to just anyone. Other therapists and phyciatrists do not take Fallon. I feel frustrated. Any advice out there?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Check into support groups that might be around, check online at www.meetup.com I think that's the address, Sundeva has started her own PTSD Support Group there and is getting some members to meet up in her community.
DS was a good starting point for me.
I am not familiar with that insurance company...
A drop in center doesn't sound like a good place for long-term therapy.
