What happened this week that made you feel good. Maybe you challenged yourself and were successful. Does not have be big. We have so much suffering and sadness.
Anyone accomplish anything with PTSD. I have learned to take my PTSD with me and live my life anyway. This would send my nervous system completely off before. Now I still have the triggers but my nervous system stays calm. It is much easier to stay in the moment and focus my senses on eactly where I am and what I am doing. Even if it is just sitting in a chair.
