Hi I a new here and as mentioned very confused. My Pdoc and new therapist have both mentioned PTSD in me. I figured I have always suffered from depression and severe anxiety. I have done a little research on the sites you recommend but what is the difference between depression and PTSD. I become so paralized and have this great despair within me. Then I just loose all feeling its like I am numb to anything and anyone. I am emotionless. Zanax. klonapin and the such DO NOT HELP ME! I have tried MANY anti depressents and noithing is helping me. Some days I am fine other days like I said I am just paralized, have crying spells, cant move, numb. I have a LONG history of abuse that I am slowly uncovering but am I depressed or is this PTSD? I guess that is my main question, that and support. XX Jill

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
