It's called the Rewind Technique. It sounds pretty promising, and is more of a processing therapy, which IMO, seems to be more effective in dealing with PTSD.
B/C you have to bring out the bad memories, process them, then store them in a more suitable place in your memory, not in a place where they can keep popping out at you all the time.

Those of you in the UK, are especially lucky, b/c there's lots of this going on over there. In the US, and other areas, he gives advice as to what to look for over here.
He says this can clear a lot up in just a a few sessions, like 5 or so sessions. With EMDR, it takes a lot more sessions.
