I love my wife with all of my heart, but I don't always have the best way of showing it because, with PTSD and ADHD, I'm not consistent in my behaviors. I'm in the process of putting systems in place to help, and I begin therapy on Dec. 16 - I can't begin soon enough, honestly. I just want to feel normal and healthy.
