Hi i am new here but thought i would get started with a first post , i hope i am posting in the right place ?
I have been recieving CBT counselling for a very long ttime now , i am determined to feel better but when something is major to me i just cannot seem to talk and i dont no how to get past this not talking point in my sessions , it just makes me feel even worse than i did before i went coz then i get angry with my self
If its something that doesnt cause me pain inside then i can talk.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this before or anyone know how i can get past this ? or know ov any good exercises that i could sugest to my counsellor that we could do in the sessions but i cant do anything that makes me feel stupid .. thanks if ur reading this i am open to all suggestions

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
