I was just wondering... does anybody else have panic attacks about things not related to your trauma? Ever since the incident, I've been a lot more anxious. My dr put me on ambien, but didn't want to up my cymbalta (which I'm on for fibromyalgia, not depression). The ambien helped stabilize my mood, but now I'm having panic attacks. It all seems to focus around my schoolwork though, not my flashbacks. Is it normal to start having panic attacks about other things? Should I have my doctor up my cymbalta? Or is there another medication/treatment that you can suggest? Im already severly anemic so I'm always worn out, but the panic attacks just completely drain me. Last time I almost passed out from hyperventilating!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
