i'm not feeling good the last few days.
on edge and i'm not sure what is going on inside of me.
slightly dissociative.
not all that 'here' today.
not wanting to be near anyone.
bits of images that are just under the surface...the shadow images/memories.
possibly even from dreams..bad dreams..from years ago.
i'm not sure how that happens..
i am HERE but i'm not...and i don't know where the other parts are.
trying to do quiet, safe things so nothing bad happens inside.
like any second, something is going to break loose inside.
i'm trying to hold onto something solid...trying to figure out how to not let it get me.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Definitely journaling how you are feeling and finding others how get it and how it feels to try and contain everything when it ALL seems to be going wrong is very helpful. Totally gives perspective and then the ability to decide where to step next. :)
