O/T Still poorly

So 2 weeks ago i started getting flu symptoms. I had antibiotics for chest infection and had a  temprature. I got bit better with the anibiotics but then i finished them and ive got sick again. Chest infection seems to be coming back and i feel weak l and extreme fatigue like when i first started getting sick. 


Im going to see the doctor hopefully this week if i can get a same day appointment. If not theres a 5 week waiting list to see the doctor. 


I hope this isnt turning into pneumonia.

If it gets bad go to emergency or emergent care. Pneumonia isn't something to play with following the flu.. Hot broths, herbal tea things to keep you fluids up...you know the rest.

Watch out for pneumonia, then, Aspie . As you know, I had it last July and it meant a nasty hospital stay so I could be hooked up to IV antibiotics because taking antibiotic pills wasn't enough. If you still have antibiotic pills, make sure to take them all as prescribed so you don't have to do the IV thing. It's no fun.

I am so sorry you are battling this. No fun at all. It is a good idea to call the doctor back, as J said Pneumonia could happen. I also suggest hot showers and cough up that stuff and get it out. I use Mucinex DM Maximum strength. It tastes like crap, even the pills, but it helped a ton.
