We work very gently with her when we see her triggers. For instance when my husband uses the nail gun she goes and tries to hide under our bed, and cowers. So we know that someone shot a gun near her in which scares her terribly. We choose not to put her on medication, instead we work with with and gradually are learning what her triggers are. Some one was talking about therre Service dog being young and having arthritis, and in pain. We give our pup shark cartilage and glucosamine and people Sierrasil. there is a new pet Sierra sil but it doesn't have any special ingredients to help a dog's arthritis. We buy our Shark Cartilage from the USa from a place called Sea Pet for 32.00 for 100 capsules orr 750 mg and it has shark cartilage, glucosamine,, condroitine sulfate, and antiogenesis proteins . We jsut buy it from this business we don't make anything from them financially. Our pup is also on Sierrasil for people , which we spoke to our vet about to make sure it was safe for her. now they make one for pets it costs more and is in a chewable gelatine dog pill. We give Molly two capsules daily in a teaspoon of cheese whiz, so she is getting calcium and the pills each day. We noticed a huge difference to her walking as she had a broken back leg and knee cap when we got her, which had never been takencare of . She was left to live like that on the reserve. We also found out when our Vet did xrays that she also has a spine fracture. So we give her this to help heal her bones and she won't be in pain. Our vet also gave her a pain medication a antiinflammatory for animals called Rimadyl.Which we by from Pet Land in USA as it is cheaper in USA. . I work with our pup daily trying to make noises so that she will not get such bad PTSD , from loud noises that scare her. Just info for those who have pets. Casey
