as i work through my issues with health wellbeing and life i am self containing and that means recognizing my needs and abilities and energy is not the same for many reasons ,,,,,,, it is ok to stay to myself and it is ok to focus my energy on self preservatioin this weekend easier last weekend full of triggers from my trip to see old friends i now realize the depression was griief if you want to know if you are getting older just visit someone you knew who is your age and see it in them wow , talk about a mirrior today i am enjoying a quiet day napping got some veggies to make greek salad and am watching my fav movies historicals i love the kennedy legacy historical stuff,,, and Marilyn Monroe i am good with this i dont want to go to a meeting i dont want to think about my problems but just be,, and that is ok i am going to make the video for the crisis center nex week and i told my therapist i will be ready to face what ever with the medical i mean it too,, so here we go
