I too struggle with the nightmares so real, too real.I do not know yet how to make them dissapear.I am now starting a thearapy where I wright my dreams down ( awake or the ones I dream ) an burn them.I also talk them out at a pace I am comfortable with at my therapist\'s office, right now twice a month.It\'s to early to tell if this is going to work but you might give it a try.It\'s supposed to desenseitze your reaction to the event over time.
I have had some help with meds, still looking for the right combo.Just don\'t give up .Being here discussing thing here has helped alot we all have this PTSD demon incommon. We may not have arrived her the same way but if yu look closely we all share the same experiance.
Let me know if you ever need to talk.
