Has Anyone Thought? Military PTSD

Look at all these Soldiers Coming Home with PTSD.
Soldiers that left here with Productive lives, Courage and Bravery to serve their Country...Loving Families left behind...And awaiting their return to be welcomed in loving arms, and forever thankful to be back home again.
This is not a true reality for most Soldiers when they return home...Invisible Wounds Spark out and PTSD sets in...Forever Changed.
What is this doing to our Soldiers?
What is this doing to our Country?
What are we going to do if we need to go to War again?
Who is going to be able to go?
WHO shall we send??
Seems to me, the numbers in our Military are not only decreasing from lives lost during service...but also from lives scarred from PTSD.
These men/women are not mentally capable to return to war...
What is Happening?
Are we as Safe as they think we are?? (OK, my PTSD kicked in here.)
This thought has been ruminating in my mind for awhile...had to release it.
God Bless our Troops...

Yes, I'm sure our troops have a lot of PTSD. It is horrible. And the families, they go through it too. They are brave. God Bless our troops!!!!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
