I've been going to EMDR sessions for about three weeks now. The good news: it's helping to start to get out all the anger and frustration. The bad part: there's WAY more than I thought there was. Now my depression is really bad because I see what really happened. Not only the abuse but also that many people around me just didn't care. And that will never change. Which makes me feel like they're all gone. Hard to handle right now.
