i have had ptsd for a long time as well as female problems. i just had surgery 2 weeks ago to removee 2 large cysts from each of my ovaries. it took away alot of the pain, but not all, i found that out yesturday in a huge way. my surgeon has been telling me since the first time i went to see her 2 mos. ago that most of my pain is comming from muscle spasms in my uterus, vagina and such caused from my ptsd, i didnt really believe her, i was so hoping all of my pain would go with the surgery. well, yesturday i got triggered hard and the pain set in, all the cramping of my abdomen....they thought i had endometriosis until the actual surgery. in the ultrasound i had large amounts of free flowing fluid in my abdomen that they all assumed to be endo until i was opened up and it is from the cysts, they were bleeding cysts, not to mention i had a blood filled cyst explode in january. so, now i am forced to think about the possibility that alot of my physical pain is caused from my ptsd. it makes sence to me that my female organs would show the stress since some of my reasons for having ptsd are from molestation and rape, and other things that went on as a child....really long story. anyways i really just want to know if anyone else experiences this type of thing when they get triggered? i get the most horrible cramps, all over in my abdomen, mostly lower, but also in my intestines and back, i also get a not in my shoulder. anyone else having physical symptoms, or should i keep looking for a physical reason for my pain?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
