Has anyone had experience with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy versus EMDR? DBT is fairly new, but I was looking into it for my daughter. EMDR is hard to find around here, plus you never know the quality of therapist you're going to get.... I know of a program just starting DBT and I also know the therapist and have confidence in her. I'm still torn between signing her up for EMDR (which her psychiatrist recommended) or going DBT (which sounds like it would be helpful in my opinion).
