I was wondering how many of you have tried/are still trying this. I know that I can search for reviews on the site but I want to hear words from you to me on this. I have been contemplating therapy, counseling etc. with my boyfriend for months now to try to get my PTSD to a manageable point for the long term. I had never heard of EA before coming to this site (today). What are you experiences? What is it like? How often do you go etc.
