Well their are several thoughts swirling in my head as I 'm newly diagnosed with MS too. Like its set off the ptsd for sure. But I'm trying something I thought of myself, in ;my backpack, I've been carrying different textures to feel when I get overwhelmed, a beaded pouch, a small tin, a woven pouch, a rock, a jar of dirt. Anyway, to me, their seems to be a link with the ptsd feeling I can't identify , the object I feel I need to feel for the feeling seems to passify the panic somewhat. I don't know I'm just grasping at straws here I guess but does anyone else do this? Or am I weird?
