I have always been irregular, but it usually only skips a month or 2..well last Aug I went to the gyno for the first time...they didn't tell me anything was wrong. In Sept and Oct I had the heaviest periods I have ever had in my life, since oct I haven't had a period. I noticed my blood pressure pretty high this summer and thought it was just because I was overweight, I have been most of my life. Well I went to the dr today and she put me on some high blood pressure med called Lisinopril and Hydrochlorothiazide or something. I didn't even tell my dr about my missed periods because I thought I needed to go to a gyno for that, plus I was already nervous about going to the dr in the first place that I just didn't tell her..but now I get home and start reading some stuff about POSD and am concerned I might have that..I'm not sure. I am also worried if I need to be taking that med if I have that..I'm so worried right now and don't know what do to....HELP!

I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
I regret that when I was first diagnosed the dr put me on meds and never talked about the diet issues. We all eat too many carbs these days -- it's our society and that's why we are seeing more PCOS than ever. I don't like meat alot but keep in mind carbs should be a very small portion of our diet.

best of luck!
