I went to the RE on July 21st. He told me I wasn't on the right dose of Metformin. He told us to take 2 months and he took me from 1000 mg to 2000 mg which hasn't been fun for my stomach but he said that being on that dose should kick my AF in and start me ovulating correctly. Well today is the first day that I have gotten my AF without Provera in over 10 years...... WOO HOO!! I never thought I would be SO happy to have my AF but I'm over joyed. Maybe good things are around the corner for us..... So my question to you girls is....... should I start taking a home ovulation kit to see if I actually ovulate this month even though we are not doing anything with the RE?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
